The Internship & Career Center's HRI online signup system provides an opportunity for current UC Davis students to browse and select health-related internships each quarter in fields including medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dentistry, pharmacy, optometry, nutrition, and public health.

Summer 2024 HRI Registration and Timeline
Registration for Summer 2024 Health-Related Internships (HRI) will open on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
5/9-5/21 - View available internsh ips and request a pass time. 5/13-5/21 - Pass times start - Register for an open internship or a waitlist (registration closes at noon on 5/21). 5/22-5/28 - Students registered for an HRI and waitlisters complete ICC HRI Asynchronous Orientat ion on Canvas. 5/29 - Any student who does not complete ICC HRI Asynchronous Orientation on Canvas is dropped from their internship or waitlist. 5/30 - Open spots become available (first come, first serve) at 8am, to waitlisted st udents who completed ICC HRI Asynchronous Orientation. 5/31 - Mandatory ICC HRI Synchronous Orientation after 4pm, exact time TBA Summer 2024 internships at UC Davis Health generally begin the week of June 30 and run through September 7. Internships at all other sites generally begin the week of June 23 and run through August 31. Internships with a two -quarter commitment are for SUMMER and FALL 2024. Students MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL 10 WEEKS to participate in summer 2024 HRI. **Passtimes are randomly generated. Requesting one early in the process doe s not necessarily mean an earlier passtime will be given. If the HRI Portal is slow, log out and check back later** |
